How can we help?

For help with Fire Away, email team@glassro.pe. Include the device or browser you use, what you were trying to do and any error message. Please do not send passwords, authenticator codes or private customer conversations.

Signing in

The iPhone, iPad and Mac apps use your Fire Away team account. Ask your workspace administrator if you need access. Use the password recovery option on the web sign-in page if you have forgotten your password.

Notifications

Check notification preferences in the app’s Settings and allow notifications in your device’s system settings. Your team and conversation preferences determine which messages notify you.

Account and privacy requests

In the agent app, open Settings → Delete Account to start account deletion. A last administrator can transfer administration to another team member or explicitly delete the entire workspace. Workspace deletion removes the team’s data and cannot be undone. See our privacy policy for how information is processed and how to contact us about your information.
