It has to cover, at minimum:

What is stored: conversations, messages, visitor email addresses, IP addresses and approximate location.
Who the controller is, and that customers control their own visitors’ data while we process it.
Subprocessors, which are already listed on the subprocessor page.
Retention and deletion, including the self-service export and organisation delete.
Where data is stored, and any residency commitments.
A contact address for requests.
